About Us

Erica is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Tennessee. She has been in the field for 6 years in various capacities (Registered Behavior Technician, Board Certified Assisstant Behavior Analyst, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst). She is also a military wife and special needs mother. Erica knows first hand the benefits of behavior therapy, the emotional roller coaster of caring for a child with special needs, and the disruptions caused by military relocation.  Wonder Haven was created from a deep desire to help others create a pathway to independence with less hurdles. With a strong commitment to clinical excellence and a drive to support others, Erica is proud to support families through their ABA journey using compassionate and traume informed care.

Outside of her professional life, Erica enjoys coffee, reading, and most of all, family time. Erica is a mother to 3 young children and married to her high school sweetheart.
